We will be performing shard maintenance on November 1 from 7-9:30 AM Pacific (14:00-16:30 UTC).
Arena of Sompek Event:
• Resolved an issue that could cause enemies to not spawn in the Arena.
• Existing versions of the "Collect Arena of Sompek Event Rewards" (Sompek Pulsewave) Event Reputation Project will now have their requirements set to 1 "Merit of Sompek".
○ This will auto-complete the project for anyone that already has progress recorded.
• Resolved a typo in the Arena of Sompek description that stated the Event was only for levels 50 – 60.
○ Now refers to levels 50 – 65.
General:
• All Mission Transwarps have been set to no longer have an Energy Credit fee associated with them.
• Resolved an issue which caused the Prototype Light Exploration Cruiser to be unavailable to some characters.
• Resolved an issue which occasionally caused waves of Klingons to not spawn in “Defense of Starbase One”.
• Missions handoffs for "Cold War," "Spectres," and "The Lost Dominion" now require level 65.
• Resolved an issue that would sometimes display a high expertise cost to promote a Bridge Officer.
• Resolved an issue that caused Automated Protomatter Conduits (Rank 2) to display slightly more hull regeneration than intended.
○ This is a tooltip change only.
• Updated Energy Refrequencer (ranks 1 and 2) to adjust the maximum heal amount and healing percentage with your hull healing bonuses.

I love QoL improvements. There's even a "complete all button" on tribble for reputation projects which is the one I'm really waiting on, but little information on when it will be released.
