    General:
    • Memorial Plaque has been updated to include Morgan Woodward.
    • Updated Klingon Birds of Prey and T6 Klingon and Romulan lifetime ships to properly warp in and out.
    • Resolved an issue that was preventing ships without registry names from being able to upload for 3d printing.

    UI:
    • Resolved an issue that was causing enemy target names to not display when viewed from a certain distance.

    Systems:
    • Reputations Mark Trade-In:
    ○ Reputation projects to turn-in marks for Dilithium have been disabled and replaced by a new store, accessible from the Reputation UI once you reach Tier V in that reputation.
    ○ The rate is the same as the existing projects; 50 Marks for 500 ore, or 3 Elite marks for 1000 ore.
    ○ Exchanges on this store may be made in bulk, reducing the time needed to convert excess Reputation Marks.
    • Resolved a scaling issue found present on all Ground NPCs, Bridge Officers, and some Pets, which was causing abilities that reduced their damage output and/or damage resistances to have less impact than intended.
    ○ This will result in abilities that reduce damage output and/or damage resistances being somewhat more effective than before against these types of NPCs/Boffs.
    • Resolved an issue that included the Featured TFO "Peril Over Pahvo" in rotation for Random TFOs (Normal).
    ○ Featured Events of this nature should not be part of the Random TFO experience.
    • Cooldown on the following Combat Companions has been reduced from 5 minutes to 2 minutes:
    ○ Bio-Engineered Furiadon, Combat-Trained Tardigrade, Dilithium Encrusted Horta, Eisilum Crystal Horta, Holographic Combat Drone, Horta, Jackal Mastiff, Leashed Mugato, Polytrinic Acid Horta, War Targ.
    • Cooldowns on the following Space Distress Calls have been reduced from 15 minutes to 5 minutes:
    ○ Activate Phased-Waveform Beacon, Nimbus Pirate Distress Call, Delta Alliance Reinforcements Beacon, Romulan Distress Call - Bird-of-Prey, Romulan Distress Call - Mogai Escort, Romulan Distress Call - D'deridex Battleship.
    • Hive Onslaught Updates:
    ○ Adjusted the spawn points of the initial Borg groupings to give them enough space at the start.
    ○ Resolved an issue that would cause the cutscene for moving into phase 2 to trigger twice.
    ○ Added a minicontact that warns players when the Borg Queen initially activates feedback pulse.
    ○ Adjusted the feedback pulse used by the Borg Queen so that you have a brief warning period where it can be removed or you can stop shooting before it begins reflecting damage.
    • Kemocite-Laced Weaponry has been rebuilt to resolve various issues:
    ○ Resolved an issue that caused the tooltip to scale exponentially with damage buffs.
    ○ Resolved an issue that caused the damage to scale with your target's damage buffs.
    ○ Resolved an issue that could cause it to apply beneficial abilities such as the Advanced Piezo-Polaron proc to foes.
    The impact of these changes on this ability's balance may result in additional changes to this ability in future updates.
    • Resolved an issue that caused cloaks to display incorrect Ambush damage bonuses in some cases.
    ○ Resolved an issue that caused cloaks to not have increased Ambush damage bonuses on ships with Raider Flanking.
    ○ Updated the description of the Subterfuge and Infiltrator traits.
    • Resolved an issue that was causing no assignments to appear in the "Current Map" selection while on DS9's promenade.
    • Resolved an issue that prevented the Mirror Crossfield Science Destroyer from equipping Dual Cannons.
    • Resolved an issue that prevented some Kinetic Cutting Beams from being able to re-roll their [Dmg] modifiers.
    • Resolved an issue that was causing player damage buffs to increase the damage dealt by boarding party turret attacks.
    • Resolved an issue that could cause Omega Crafting missions to appear to have a 0% success chance in some cases.
    • Resolved an issue that caused the Savior personal trait to not apply to most outgoing healing.
    • Increased the Hull Regeneration granted by the Living Hull personal trait.
    • Directed Energy Modulation now additionally grants a buff to Weapon Armor Penetration while active.
    • Reroute Power from Life Support: No longer slows down your weapons. Now only slows down Bridge Officer and Captain abilities while active.
    • All player versions of "Efficient" (including Borg Racial Trait) now more accurately list the bonuses they grant.
    • Resolved an issue that could prevent Control Amplification's debuff from applying correctly in some cases.
    • The High Yield firing modes of the Advanced Temporal Defense Chroniton Torpedo Launcher (cluster launch mode) no longer share cooldowns/lockouts with other Cluster-type Torpedo Launchers.
    • Resolved an issue that caused the displayed regeneration on Hull-Repairing Nanites to be inaccurate.
    ○ This is a tooltip change only.
    • Corrected name of Plasma variants of Lukari reputation weapons
    • Resolved an issue [that] partially overr[o]de battle cloak visuals when equipping a Visual shield.

    Out of the many good things in these patch notes this: "Reputation projects to turn-in marks for Dilithium have been disabled and replaced by a new store, accessible from the Reputation UI once you reach Tier V in that reputation." blows chunks.

    I don't like being coerced to use a Reputation just to turn-in marks since imo the Rep system is inefficient & not worth the hassle sometimes. Also, Cryptic is really screwing-over any players that have marks in a Rep but didn't desire to complete or reached T5 in it.

    This is simply going to coerce players into content that has perhaps been deemed not worth it again by Cryptic.

    This doesn't improve the system at all it only hinders some players.

    Actually this system ensures that you can find people to level your reputations with.

    It's pretty ilogical to turn your marks into dil before getting the free fleet module from the t6 rep.

    It actually pushes the players into being engaged into activity, getting better ships and it discourages auto-sabotage in terms of the user's options.

    I would have disliked the post, but just mentally challenged people unlike posts instead of posting a counter-argument.

    It's a good change, even if it feels like limitative at the moment. You'll see.

    I don't get it, it is the same as before now I just don't have to slot the projects and have a much better quality of live experience if I need Dilithium.

    Actually this system ensures that you can find people to level your reputations with. ... Really? With leve-scaling within level requirements isn't that a moot point? Is this even a thing where you "LFG" to specifically level your Reps with? I'm really asking since maybe I'm missing out on something & haven't seen this.

    It's pretty ilogical to turn your marks into dil before getting the free fleet module from the t6 rep. ... Maybe that is the majority & seems to be the way you play, but based on my play I don't have every character complete ALL Reps. Not all Reps serve each play style & class at the same effectiveness. So if I don't think Dyson Rep will offer me any items I'll use for my Tac character & I think fleet gear is the better value why deal with that Rep?

    It actually pushes the players into being engaged into activity, getting better ships and it discourages auto-sabotage in terms of the user's options. ... I definitely agree that this is pushing players into a direction Cryptic would prefer but I think it was unnecessary. I definitely like that Cryptic added that fleet ship module option, I definitely like this new slider it reminds me of that "Fill All In" button. How is adding a T5 paywall for converting marks into dilithium better? You might think since it isn't your way it is auto-sabatoge & some need training-wheels, but it is a choice no longer available.

    I would have disliked the post, but just mentally challenged people unlike posts instead of posting a counter-argument. ... I agree with you upon that too. Nothing wrong with challenging one's bias.

    ... I agree that most of these patch notes are a good change, but not the T5 Rep paywall instituted, & maybe I won't see to your, "You'll see." I'm just glad I was only leveling-up 1 character currently to avoid much more marks locked behind this paywall.

    I don't get it, it is the same as before now I just don't have to slot the projects and have a much better quality of live experience if I need Dilithium.
    How is "Reputation projects to turn-in marks for Dilithium have been disabled and replaced by a new store, accessible from the Reputation UI once you reach Tier V in that reputation." the same as before? There was no T5 completed before to convert marks into dilithium.

    Yes, the slider is good it is like that "Fill All In" button & allows things to be easier & to avoid possible carpal tunnel.

    I'm probably the minority, but I don't max-out, or even invest in each Rep system for each character I have. Especially if a Rep seems more Sci based & that character is a Tac or Eng & I've looked ahead & noticed I won't use any of the items offered by that Rep for this character.

    I even scrolled back up to make sure my post you quoted included my thoughts about this T5 Rep paywall & it does.

    Actually...

    The Dyson Reputation is not the best example:
    - ground/space passive crit severity (16-20crtd)
    - ground defiance skill (+% bonus all damage and heal+all resists when activated at low HP)
    - mandatory reputation gear for torpedo-only builds that use photons (and are majorly tacs)
    - tactical advantage trait (space/ground) - increases armor penetration as target's health decreases - which acts similarly to the Terran Advanced energy weapons which are the best dps item in the game.

    I think for the typical tactical build the only reputation that you could happily skip would be the lukari or the delta. Those two are hard marks to get and they don't really award key components for tacs.

    The rest are key components to a solid tactical build.

    You can complete them at your own pace, but all of them got solid goodies you shouldn't miss.

    I've tested the new system personally and it's way better. You can ditch your hundreds of marks in a single swipe and turn them to dil.

    Thesr guys are doing efforts to make this game better. And it is getting better. It just creates some limitation that's not a paywall. A paywall is a hardcoded system that blocks progress unless you pay up with real money - which is not the case here.
    Truth is uncomfortable most of the times. That's why you gotta face it every time.
