The Technical Services Department handles many essential tasks within the community. Perhaps the most important responsibility of the Technical Services Department is maintaining the UFP's systems and security. Ensuring the UFP is kept secure against external attacks and developing new features is extremely important.
The Technical Services Engineers mostly operate behind the scenes, assisting the Command Team with bug reports, supervising the Technicians, and helping to develop tools for the UFP.
The Technical Services Technicians are the most visible members of the department, assisting members with technical issues and handling bug reports and feature requests.
The Technical Services Department manages the code that powers the UFP and ensures the UFP is secure.
