The new episode, 'The Man Who Came To Be Dinner,' is a sci-fi themed episode which parodies several sci-fi franchises, but what stood out most was the Star Trek: The Original Series themed closing credits.
The closing credits are styled in the same way as TOS, featuring stills of the beloved Simpsons character in different Star Trek inspired poses and situations and wearing Star Trek costumes. The credits also use the closing theme from TOS.
There are several mistakes as far as Star Trek fans are concerned. Bart has obviously been portrayed as Scotty; in a Jefferies tube, wearing Lieutenant Commander rank, and characteristically holding his hands the same way James Doohan did to cover his missing finger, but he's wearing blue!
Trekmovie.com said “ Over the closing credits, we're treated to the a Simpsonified version of the Star Trek TOS end credits, which includes Marge as a blue orion slave girl, Homer fighting something resembling the Gorn, Lisa as the Borg Queen, Bart nervously crawling through a Jeffrey's tube and more. ”
This episode can now be included among other Simpsons parodies of Star Trek that have included 'Jingle Bell Spock' from episode 538, the family being beamed onto the couch during the opening credits in episodes 107 and 120, and the trailer for 'Star Trek XII: So Very Tired,' a mock trailer which shows an elderly and senile TOS crew. You can find a complete list of Simpsons Star Trek parodies here.
The credits sequence itself can be seen here.

However - what is Homer WEARING? Unless he was going for the Redshirt look over the Kirk/Gorn fight, then that makes sense
I do like the "Lisa of Borg" the best, however. Milhouse Ferengi is a close second!
