In the 37 minute and 20 second video Savage and Jeremy Williams explain the problems with the chair Savage purchased and then go about fixing it - including rewiring the chair’s electronics, lights, adding details to the chair that both make the chair more true to the show and add some interesting extras that may be cause for die-hard trekkies to fight about how true to the show the chair really is.

Some of the changes made to the chair also include making it more comfortable to sit in, so that you can get the proper slouch to seat ratio. As well as adding LED lights, a subwoofer in the base of the chair that plays the original series battle song and the theme song. As well as a drawer in the base of the chairs that stores props for easy access on your next five year mission.

You can see more behind-the-scene shots of the build on Tested.com.

Thanks for bringing this to us Kraziyk! Adam looked like a little kid in a candy store once that chair was put back together.

Anytime, thanks for reading it. I know he was. My favorite part was still "I spent to much money on it... because I'm a jerk."

I've been following Tested for quite a while now, and they have several interesting segments. But Savage's one day builds are by far the most interesting.
