Any of the in-game staff (Event Officers, etc) can invite you. It looks like Tornith attempted but there was an issue with the name.

Check your "character@account" name and one of the staff will get you can invite. They will promptly post "Invite Sent" there, so you will know who sent you an invite in that thread.

Thanks Silynn! Just wondering who I'll get the fleet invite from in STO and if it is tagged UFP. I got an invite to join Starfleet the the other day and rejected it as I was expecting UFP. Just wanted to double check that Starfleet is not UFP.
