Briefing:

Recent Intel data gathered by Klingon Intelligence showed numerous dangers rising from different directions threatening our safety. As a result of these reports Klingon High Command assigned our glorious House of Kular with the task of organizing rapid response patrols which will counteract to all emerging threats throughout the quadrants. Our mandate will cover both space and ground operations depending on the need.
