  6. He was returned to Tola Moh until she encouraged him to seek out a career in Starfleet at the age of eight-teen. Gimm Tol Pontefract is twenty two years old.
  7. Gimm Tol Pontefract is the son of Tola Moh Pontefract. She was the daughter of an Aenar woman named Tola Joh Pontefract who had been intimate with Ghee P'Trell, a gerontological doctor who won the Carrington Award in later years. Because of the differing natures of Ghee and Tola Joh, Tola Joh never told Ghee about his daughter Tola Moh. When Tola Moh Pontefract became an adult she applied to Starfleet Medical and became a gerontologist like her father Ghee. During a party celebrating their graduation from Starfleet Medical, Tola Moh was assaulted by an unknown Andorean man. To this day no one knows for sure who Gimm Tol's father is, nor have they ever found a DNA match in the Federation or Andorian medical data base. After this incident, Tola Moh Pontefract raised her son back on Andoria where he was taken at the age of ten by the Andorian Imperial Guard. He was put through a secretive training program for six years and then had his memory selectively supressed.
