There are several new boxsets being released over the course of the next couple of months, while sadly only in the US, hopefully these will be transferred over to the UK within due course.

To start off with, one of the boxsets that is already released but clearly part of the overall revamp was Star Trek: The Next Generation new Blu-ray and DVD releases. Sadly, from looking over what is on offer, most of the content included is already in the boxsets that have been available for quite some time, but with the recent 50th Anniversary over and now we are celebrating 30 years of the Next Generation, it might be time to get a new addition to the collection? At least for our American members. It was released in June 2016, so has been available for quite some time now, sadly though it is the only revamped collection for TNG on Amazon at the moment - check it out HERE.

Moving onto the newer and soon to be released version of Deep Space Nine, with this collection being released on the 7 February, it could make a nice addition to your current Star Trek collection. This collection shares the same disappointment as The Next Generation one, in the fact that there is nothing new about it other than different packaging, annoyingly this is the same for all of the collections discussed in this article. However, as there hasn't been a release in quite some time, it could server as a good replacement or gift for someone you know who loves DS9, almost as much as I am sure you guys do! Within the past couple of weeks it was announced that Voyager would also join the line up of new packaging releases, slightly later than DS9, by exactly a month but still would be great for any collector! Check it out HERE. The Enterprise package revamp is available now, at least the DVD is, with the blu-ray version being released on the 14th March 2017. Check them both out HERE.
