Where do those nifty signature banners come from?

This isn't really an STO question, since it's a feature I've seen only here on the UFP forums; but I wonder where everyone gets those big glossy signature banners. Is that something that the fleet does when someone is promoted into a command job? Is there a key to what all those ribbons at the bottom mean?

Hey Heezdedjim,

Those banners are basically custom made UFP signatures. Members can request these signatures via the Signature Request Form, a form which Mason Brodie has linked for you in his post. The medal bar you see below everyone's signature is basically a collection of medals which UFP members can receive from our UFPACs, ect.

Just to note, the link to the medals page on the archive website has several missing images. This will be rectified on the new website which is due to launch soon.
