    Role Purpose
    To help new recruits assimilate into the {UFP} and inform them of important information upon arrival.
    Accountabilities
    + Helping New Recruits
    + Supporting New Members To A High Standard
    + Making Sure That New Members Feel Welcome
    + Informing New Members About Rules and Important Information In Regards To The Fleet.
    Skills/Experience
    + 6 Months or Above In The Fleet
    + Good Time Keeping & Organization
    + Common Sense
    + Good Communication Skills
    + Ability To Learn & Adapt
    + Excellent People Skills
