I'm visually oriented. Thus, when reading, I see a reference to something (like an alien race or ship) I often google it to add the image to my "memory banks". 
I'm currently reading the "A Time To Be Born" and have come across several things that I have no visual reference for. Mostly Alien races. Funny thing, is when they mention various Starfleet ship classes, due to Star Trek Online... I KNOW and can visualize them.
"Oh, the Juno... an Excelsior-class! That has the multiple transwarp power! Oh, the Enterprise-E is a Sovereign-class... that's the Assault Cruiser!"
A little nerdy... yes. But it does make pretty pictures in my mind while I read these truly wonderful stories!
So any really good reference websites? I found Memory Alpha, which truly is nice. But it isn't entirely complete. Thus was wondering if there were other sites people use or go to?

Memory Beta is probably the only other place that you would find useful. Its the Wiki for the Expanded Star Trek Universe. It's not complete in some areas, but some articles are excellent. It's sometimes hard to figure out what is cannon in the expanded universe as it generally treats all forms of expanded media as equal cannon (see your Star Trek Novel\Author page for a little about about Expanded Universe Cannon) even when they clearly aren't (such as the Armada games).
There are some decent fan wikis out there that try and fill in the gaps but are obviously far from cannon in most respects.

It does get rather confusing at times, what is canon vs. expanded universe. Especially if you are not up-to-spec on all the lingo and background information.
I'll check out Beta as well. Thanks Firestorm.

Memory Alpha and Memory Beta are the best two to stick with. Although Beta is not limited to canon everything featured is licensed Star Trek where as Memory Alpha is strictly canon (the tv shows and movies only). Despite being canon only Memory Alpha does have pages relating to other licensed Star Trek work such as novels but these are usually just limited to the details of the publication and a brief synopsis where as Memory Beta will include information from all sources on its pages.

As I was looking around for some added information based on the "A Time to" novel series (I'm on book 7!), I found this site.
It's pretty neat that it is full of visuals. Though, not as complete as the Memories, it is more graphical/visual in nature.
