The following is a summary of SFC findings in the case of Vangaurd, Grizz, Chris Wilkinson vs Telex Ferra.

Vanguard

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDUCT
1. All {UFP} Members must respect the Code of Conduct/Policies and Procedures at all times.

2. All {UFP} Members must respect and obey the chain of command. Members should comply with any reasonable requests made by superiors.

4. Flaming or spamming is not permitted.

5. Use of abusive language, imagery or any actions that may be deemed deliberately offensive are not permitted.

7. All {UFP} Members must represent the {UFP} to the best of their ability and take no action that could bring the {UFP} into disrepute.

SECTION 2 - FORUMS
3. Any reasonable Moderator requests should be complied with at all times.

SECTION 12 - COC/POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1. All terms of the Code of Conduct/Policies and Procedures must be adhered to by all members at all times unless compliance would result in the breach of another aspect of the Code of Conduct/Policies and Procedures.

SFC has concluded that there is reasonable doubt that zEE copied an original work of Vanguard's, and as such, have taken the decision not to charge zEE with plagarism.

As a Commanding Officer of a Squadron, I would like to give my understanding. I would also like to say thanks for posting this because it shows the Ambassadors and your regular members that you take serious action when needed. The 9th Fleet applauds you, {UFP} SFC.
