I found an interesting article for anyone who owns an Ipad. This application will turn your IPad into an ST: Padd.
Fans can access information from all the Star Trek shows, including the short-lived Enterprise series, while being guided by the iconic computer voice made famous by Majel Barrett Roddenberry. The app also features Facebook and Twitter integration so Trekkies can keep updated on all the latest Star Trek news.
Here is a breakdown of the features listed on the official press release:
• A rich LCARS graphical interface that provides an authentic and immersive experience, complete with STAR TREK-related sound effects and prompts from a recognizable computer voice.
• An official database of STAR TREK information, including aliens, ships, places, and technologies as depicted in the STAR TREK television series, plus a detailed episode guide.
• The official STAR TREK Facebook fan page and Twitter feed integrated into the app to let fans catch up on the latest news and connect with other Trekkers.

you never know, if the ipad one is successful enough, it may make its way to other applications. There is one for the PC called LCarsx32 (http://www.lcarsx32.com/lcars/index.php) but it doesn't seem to be updated a lot any more.
And for you Windows mobile deice (http://www.tvsgreatesthits.com/pocketlcars/).
I will keep you all updated if i find any other LCars OS's
