    I was given this link by my RSO http://ufplanets.com/misc.php?do=form&fid=66 and I receive an error that I do not have permissions to access the form.

    I would like to request forums promotion to my graduation rank, and promotion ingame for my STO characters.

    The form has been temporarily disabled until the transfer to the new fleet has been complete. We're handing out in-game promotions automatically so members do not have to fill out a request for promotion.

    As for your forum rank, that should be adjusted very soon by Internal Affairs.
