Hi guys,
We're finally back after 24 hours of downtime. We apologize for the extended duration of this downtime as we were only anticipating a couple of hours.
Our server wasn't configured correctly so when they restored power to the machine at the new data center, it didn't initialize our IP addresses. We had to wait until they had the time to see to our machine at the data center (we couldn't do the repairs remotely as we couldn't connect). Suffice it to say, this is what caused the majority of our downtime.
We should be fully operational again within the next day or so. Our new TeamSpeak IP address is 31.132.2.170.
If you encounter any difficulties, please let me know.

Well the server contract was something like 775 GBP so that averages out to be about 2.18 GBP a day. So would you like someone to ask for 4.36 GBP credit for 2 days of downtime?

On principle, I would! If they kept messing up and customers kept asking for £4.36 then eventually they'll lose a lot of money and pull their fingers out
