I managed to get my Klingon to LtC 1. Seemed to slow down a bit once I got the promotion, and now I can't figure out how to reslove the mission wher you fight in the bat'leth tornament. xD
I just do exploration missions. I've actually found the LtC rank to be fairly quick and painless (much to my surprise) since the last time I did it. If you see me on, then give me a shout and we can group up. It's definitely quicker in a group.
Just some very very quick advice to help speed up the leveling.
Ship
Stick with the bird of prey.
Ensign skills
Science Skill should be Hazard Emitters
Engineer skill should be Emergency Power to Shields
Tactical skill should be tactical tea,
Lieutenant Skills
Focus should be made on tactical with cannon rapid fire 1 and 2 and High Yield Torp 1 being added as soon as you are able to.
Weapons should be Dual Heavy Cannons at the front with 1 Quantum Torpedo (Or Photon if that's all you can get) and turrets in the rear. I prefer disruptor which is also very canon for Klingons.
Ground
Away team should consist of 3 Engineers and 1 Science. The Science should be healer focused. The Engineers should have shield recharge at Ensign level and all phaser turrets (if possible) at all other levels. This will make ground missions a lot quicker.

I knew I should have stuck with the BoP when I leveled up, but the Raptor looked sweet. I wasn't that happy when there were no other ships to mix it with.... pretty crap.

If this were the Federation side, I'd say, enjoy the leveling and go with what feels right and good. Because the Klingon stuff is really only at the upper end, my advice is to level quickly and the bird of prey is the quickest. It's also the weakest but the flexibility in bridge crew layout is a big help.
But if you ever see me leveling, then poke me and we can team up. If nothing else it'll be quicker and we may even make it fun! If we can get a full team next weekend of lower end peeps, we can try and so the feature eps a few times to grab all the gear and get some good xp...remember the 20% c store thing stacks with the Q double bonus...
And Endeavour...all the Klingon ships are way fun!

I'll be about but I am planning to dip into the RGP-X thingy later. I'll be leveling on Thursday evening also and then Friday and most of the weekend (in between washing and packing for my holidays!!!!!!!!!!!)

Well that's what I've been trying to do. xD
All you need is to beat the 1st guy, for the 3rd Place Trophy. Then go to your ship's lounge area and click on "Floor Trophy", select "Accolades", then your specific trophy (1st, 2nd, 3rd place).

I've done that, there's nothing in the accolades menu. I have ships and that's it. Looks like I'll have to drop and go right through it again.
