    Problem Title
    Need Admin Permissions to Klingon Forum
    Description of the Problem
    I don't have permissions to set prefixes or stickies in any of the new Klingon forums. This a vital thing right now since I need those abilities to start populating some information.

    The administration tools button is greyed out for me.
