    Right-click an empty area of the taskbar -> Properties -> use small icons

    For the music software that you see, I'm using the latest version of Zune Music Software since I think it is just awesome and have found it suits all of my needs much more than iTunes.

    The times and the RSS feeds that you see etc are running through a program called rainmeter, just type it in google and install it etc. Once you've done that, ask me for the skin pack that I use/created.

    As for the wallpaper, that is available upon request.
