First of all, thank you to everyone who takes time out of their day to fill out the feedback form with constructive feedback. We do take feedback very seriously and do our best to positively act on your feedback where possible.
However, if you have no constructive feedback to provide to us, then please do not submit the form.
It's a waste of your time and ours if you simply submit the form saying "None", "N/A", or anything else along those lines. We're actively looking for feedback which can help us further improve the fleet and feedback such as those aforementioned are not helpful. Tell us what we're doing right so we can keep doing it or tell us what we're doing wrong so we can look at changing it. Ultimately, we want to ensure that we are providing the best experience possible for our members.
Even though all members are redirected to the feedback form after the roll call, its completion is not mandatory.
So if you have no constructive feedback, please simply navigate away from the page. It makes it easier on us when we're sifting through the feedback we receive, and it makes it easier on you by saving yourself time.
This is made abundantly clear on the form itself, but people are still completing it unnecessarily. Hopefully this thread will serve as a reminder as to the kinds of feedback we are looking for from the memberbase.
As a reminder, the feedback form can be completed at anytime by clicking here.
