    TOS, Season 1, The Menagerie, Part 1.

    An away team, including Captain Pike and Mr. Spock, beam down to Talos IV. Spock has a pronounced limp while walking around the surface. This is not explained in the story and I'm wondering if anyone has the back story on why he's limping.

    If he's injured, why didn't they shoot the scene in a different way?
