I'm not even sure what to put as the title for this.
So, I joined the fleet this year, and as much as I like the community and such - I feel kind of neglected.
Firstly; my rank was upgraded, and upon that happening - I requested a new signature, to which I had never received a response or acknowledgment of any type. This was a few months ago.
Secondly; I performed a test for the Diplomatic Corps.; I had an issue with the browser the first time, and retook it. After I had finished, I messaged a member of Command to let them know.
I have had no response, yet. This was also a few months ago.
I'm not sure if maybe I'm just being a push over and not piping up enough, or something - but yeah. >_____>
It would be greatly appreciated if these things could be taken care of relatively soon.

Although I can't help you with your issues, it is good to reach out. And yes, I've had to re-ping some of the folks occasionally to get things done. It happens in real life as well. If you don't hear back from your Academy contact (person who gave you the code), try again - then try the Academy CO/XO. If that doesn't work, which it should at that point, start prodding the SFC staff or submit a request for help (http://ufplanets.com/misc.php?do=form&fid=48 - you may have done this here).
On the signature thing, they are almost always swamped and actually need good graphic artists to help them out. So I can understand some pretty heavy delays there.
I trust you'll get your issues resolved - this fleet has always been responsive to me (even if I've had to prod once in a while). Don't go anywhere - I need my chief diplomat in the UFP Simm!!!

Hi there Davowski, as Caymen Greener has said, if you're awaiting the results from a test you did a while ago, it's probably best to contact them. I'm willing to look into it further if you wish, or any other SFC member for that matter if you do not wish to talk with me.
As for your signature, I've looked into it and it appears as though you didn't check up on your request once you posted it. The thread is located here: http://ufplanets.com/showthread.php?...avowski-Update
A day later after submitting the request, a post was made requesting that you highlight or mention the change(s) you wish to be made (the original form does state that you need to do this). Since you didn't post back, and we can't obviously keep signature requests pending forever, it was archived.
If you're still in need of a forum signature, just take a look at this forum and make a new request with whatever changes you wish.

I'm a big advocate of encouraging people to come and talk to me or other Starfleet Command members if they ever have a problem or feel that they're not getting the attention they require. By getting into contact with someone sooner, it usually leaves them coming away feeling happier and we can deal with any problems you might have quite swiftly.

Can I also add to Lynx's post that it's not jut CL6's who are on hand. I am very sure that any CL5 will either be able to assist or point you in the right direction. I would also encourage you to get on TS and speak t someone in the event that of something important. I am sorry to hear you feel neglected, and for the most part, the process for the academy and signatures works very well. But we're only human and every now and then there may be the odd hiccup. With a fleet this size, I would always urge every member to speak to either their RSO/CO/SFC member to express their concerns.
