Problem Title STO Screenshot error
Specified Game Star Trek Online
Description of the Problem Every time I take screenshots with either the keyboard key or the /screenshot command in-game, the file it automatically creates in the STO screenshots folder is blank, all black color file, but if I pay the clipboard of the screenshot into MS pain it is fine, but I dont want to do that because when I paste from clipboard it get the IU, I suppose I could just turn off the IU but I'd rather the screenshot direct-to-file feature actually work. Searched google, some people had this issue and no one could find a solution, this is my last resort.

Perhaps STO is having trouble writing the file, try running it as administrator, hopefully that will fix the problem.

You know I've thought about the privs thing too, but if it was that STO wouldn't be able to write the file period but it can just all black. However than being said I will try running as admin and check the folder privs. I have the program installed on another partition on the OS drive. Also Kyuusaku may be right, I've known some programs that were very picky where they were installed. Oh let me try on my laptop, though obviously it's a different environment, hardware and such, but I'm just curious..
Edit: Ok so I tried it on my laptop and it works fine, got screenshots in the screenshots folder. I am not running STO as admin on the laptop and it is installed to \Program Files (x86)\Cryptic Studios

Just had a look at some of my screenies and they are black too since I switched to DX11, are you running STO in DX11 mode?
