Populated and well developed, this server features multiple territories or "countries" and can be accessed at any time through the following address: ufplanets.com (Be sure to speak to Jordan, Lazereth, or Sharpkiller if you're not on the server's whitelist.)

Every week or so I will be highlighting a new territory on the server for you to view at your own pleasure. This week's featured territory is that of Utopia Central. To view the server map in full, be sure to check out our Dynamic Map!

Utopia Central
Not to be confused with the actual server and world name, Utopia Central essentially acts as the capital city of our Minecraft server (Utopia). Home of the spawn point, Utopia Central was where it all began. The style, although not clearly defined, includes a mesh of old era medieval and brick architecture along with the new era's emergence of skyscrapers and luxury cruise ships.

The Spawn Point

Info: Upon joining our Minecraft server for the first time, players will automatically spawn at this point. Upgraded throughout time, the spawn point includes a flag from each region on our server and an announcement board for announced upcoming projects and contact information.



LynxMukka's House
Creator: LynxMukka.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Located right next to the spawn point, LynxMukka's house is among one of the most noticeable properties one will see when first joining the server. Much like the rest of Utopia Central's style, this house is brick themed.



The Grand Library
Creator: LynxMukka.
Era: The Old Era.
Info: Quite easily the first major work ever created, the Grand Library is the only library in all of Utopia with handcrafted bookshelves adorning every corner of the complex. The library is currently under renovation.



The Utopia Promenade
Creators: Reggie and misc.
Era: The Old Era. [Updated.]
Info: One of the first works ever created, the promenade once acted more as a hub for resources and transportation. Today, the promenade now acts as an entry area for the rest of Utopia Central.



The World Trade Centre
Creator: LynxMukka.
Era: The Old Era.
Info: Modeled after the twin towers lost on 9/11, these towers made history when becoming the first skyscrapers in utopia. Primarily made in the Old Era, the towers were built almost entirely by hand. Much like the Grand Library, the Twin Towers are undergoing renovations.



Abandoned SFHQ Building
Creators: LynxMukka and Misc.
Era: The New Era.
Info: This old building once housed a floor for every division and department in the fleet. After an upgrade to a newer bulding this SFHQ building soon became overun with life and is slowly falling apart.




The Garden of Eden
Creators: LynxMukka and Jordan.

Info: Next to the abandoned SFHQ building lies the botanical Garden of Eden. Its modern glass exterior was created by LynxMukka while the garden was created by Jordan. Although the old SFHQ building remains closed, this garden is still open to the general public.



The New SFHQ Building

Info: SFHQ Headquarters are now located in a much more spacious and luxurious ocean-side complex. Still under construction, internally, this building features dedicated floor areas for each division and department.




Reggie’s Castle

Info: Perhaps the first work created via means of the wand, Reggie’s castle features many complex and rounded towers; structures which without the wand would take a lot of time and math to make.



Rawrtony House

Era: The Old Era.
Info: Sandwiched between Reggie’s Castle and Lazereth’s House and connected to the Utopia Promenade is the historic Rawrtony house. Created during the starting days of Utopia, this extremely small home served as a home for Mikester92 before the creation of Rawrtony Palace.



Lazereth’s House
Creator: Lazereth.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Maintaining the traditional utopian brick architecture, Lazereth’s house features modern amenities such as a working doorbell, jukebox, and secret passageway to a home away from home.



The Towers of Doom and Light

Info: Unique best describes these drastically opposing towers which lie between Reggie’s Castle and the White House. Each lava block was manually placed by hand. After many deaths, I think Reggie got it right.



Utopia TIE Fighter
Creators: Reggie.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Based off an Imperial TIE Fighter from Star Wars, Reggie’s immobile fighter patrols Utopia in search for rebel sympathizers.



Helm’s Deep
Creators: Sharpkiller, Reggie, and Jordan.

Info: Lord of the Rings fans will be happy to know that Helm’s Deep has found a home in Utopia. Nestled into the mountains of Utopia, Helm’s Deep is easily the strongest fortress in all the sever.



The Golden White House
Creators: Chris Halsey, Sharpkiller, Mikester92, and Jordan.
Era: The New Era.
Info: An exact copy of the Utopian White House, this gold mansion was created deep under Helm’s Deep. Made entirely of gold, the Golden White House is perhaps the most “colorful” building on the server.



Babyhead’s House
Creator: Babyhead.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Between Helm’s Deep and the Rawrtony Estate lies Babyhead’s house. Built into a hill, Babyhead’s house uses a unique blend of traditional stone and modern ice to create a cozy residence.



The Rawrtony Estate

Info: Perhaps one of the oldest estates in all of Utopia is that of the Rawrtony Estate. Once referred to as Rawrtony Palace, this estate once housed the founder of Rawrtony up and until the creation of the Rawrsailles Palace. It now serves as more of a retreat.



The Rawrtony Baloon
Creators: Mikester92 and Reggie.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Several of our server mods allow us to create massive and complex forms with the flick of a finger. The Rawrtony Balloon itself was created under ten minutes. Rumor has it that a hermit has nested inside the actual ballon.



The Rawrtony Playhouse

Era: The New Era.
Info: The Rawrtony Playhouse is just a boat trip and underground train ride away from the Rawrtony Estate. It is here that UFP members have performed several skits for the entertainment of other members. Monty Python, for example, is a clan favorite.




Seeker’s Temple

Info: Just a walk away from the Rawrtony grounds is an old greek-style temple. Covered by trees and torches, the temple serves as a humble reminder of the past in a more modern atmosphere.



The White House
Creators: Reggie, LynxMukka, Bondgadget, and Jordan.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Modeled after The White House, and primarily made from iron, the Utopia White House even includes both the east and west wings and is strictly based around the White House floor plans.



The Supreme Court

Info: The centre of justice in Utopia. Modeled after The Supreme Court in Washington DC, this courthouse compliments the White House with its similar usage of iron and faces a grand courtyard.




MI6 Headquarters

Info: Modeled after MI6 Headquarters in London, this building could perhaps best be recognized by its popular appearance in many of the James Bond films. It’s use of sandstone makes it among one of the most unique buildings in Utopia.



Seeker’s Catherdral

Info: The first cathedral ever made, Seeker’s work stands facing the underwater city of Novus and sits across from the Supreme Court. Primarily made of stone, the cathedral fits in with Utopia's more Old Era architecture.




Paris Apartments

Era: The New Era.
Info: Facing one of Utopia numerous Lakes, and in the heart of the city are the Paris Apartments. Complete with its own swimming pool, these apartments are a great starting point for Utopian residents.



St. Pandora Station

Info: Every region is interconnected through the use of railways and minecarts. Acting as the hub for all minecart activity in Utopia, St. Pandora Station is among one of the largest stations in all the server. From here one can travel throughout Utopia and into Ravenholm and Three Cactus.



Utopia Seaport HQ Building

Era: The New Era.
Info: Utopia's latest building is perhaps its most modern one too. Facing both the seaport of Utopia and the Utopia-Three Cactus Channel, this building features a unique design unlike any other building in town. Still under construction, this building will serve, partly, as the port authority's HQ.



RMS Rawrtania

Era: The New Era.
Info: Modeled after the RMS Queen Mary, the Rawrtania is an art deco inspired luxury liner which features an array of fully furnished restaurants, ballrooms, bars, pools, saunas, lounges, smoking rooms, and even a kennel for all your furry friends.




HMY Rawrtony

Era: The New Era.
Info: Modeled after the HMY Britannia, the Rawrtony, much like her bigger sister, is an art deco inspired luxury liner. Unlike the Rawrtania, however, the HMY Rawrtony is a Royal Yacht and remains exclusive for the founders of Rawrtony.

Ravenholm
Ravenholm is perhaps best know for its towering skyscrapers and New York inspired design. Corporate banks, companies, and hotels all have a home in this towering city. Fitted with an actual Nuclear Power plant, Dam, sewer and water treatment plant, Ravenholm leads by example with its modernized edge.

The Ravenholm Suspension Bridge

Info: The first suspension bridge ever created and the main connection route between Utopia and Ravenholm, this bridge was handcrafted with mined materials from a cave near the Ravenholm Beach.



The Ravenholm Tree House

Info: Nestled in the middle of Ravenholm Forest, this treehouse is considered by some to be more of a tree mansion. Equipped with many luxurious amenities this treehouse is easily the greenest home on Utopia. Initially burned down and thereafter rebuilt after the mysterious Ravenholm fire, this treehouse offers many unique features.



The Panda Exhibit

Era: The Old Era.
Info: When one goes away for long periods of time on Minecraft, particularly near Reggie, interesting things can happen. Such was the case for Lynx and his Panda skin when he was encaged in an exhibit within Ravenholm Forest. Still standing today, this exhibit is a great place to stay when AFK.



The Ravenholm Tower

Info: Ravenholm’s first skyscraper was that of Ravenholm Tower. Partly made by hand and modeled after the Chrysler building, the Ravenholm tower became well too tall for the currently imposed height limit. As such the tower remains divided in sections.



The Riverside Restaurant

Era: The Old Era. [Updated.]
Info: Facing the Utopia-Ravenholm river is that of the Ravenholm Riverside Restaurant. Partly underwater, this restaurant features several floors with both eating and entertainment areas.




Rawrtony U-boat

Info: Across from the Riverside Restaurant is that of a patrolling Rawrtony U-boat. charged with protecting its Ravenholm and Utopia allies, the Rawrtony U-boat comes equipped with a bridge, crew quarters, captain’s quarters, kitchen, torpedo room and engine chamber.



Ravenholm Townhouses

Info: Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city are the Ravenholm Townhouses. These spacious and park facing townhouses are almost all entirely occupied by UFP members.



Rawrtony Enterprises
Creators: Hathaway, Mikester92 & Lazereth.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Adjacent to the Ravenholm tower and directly inline to the city’s monorail, the Rawtony Enterprises building is a testament to Rawrtony intimidating style. Built by Hathaway, and decorated inside by Mikester92 and Lazereth, this building serves as the HQ of Rawrtony Enterprises.



Ravenholm Grand Central Station
Creators: Hathaway and LynxMukka.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Much like Utopia’s Pandora Station, Ravenholm too has a central location for all minecart traveling and is accompanied with Utopia’s only McDonalds and several trendy shops.



Beach Front Condominiums
Creators: Hathaway.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Next to the Ravenholm bridge and across from Grand Central Station are the Ravenholm Beach Front Condominiums. Situated along the Utopia-Ravenholm River, these condos offer a spacious floor space for anyone looking for a holiday condo.



Three Cactus Limited
Creators: Hathaway and Bondgadget76.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Perhaps the tallest buildings in Ravenholm, due to its lower ground level, are the Three Cactus Limited HQ buildings. Built by Hathaway and decorated inside by Bondgadget, these HQ buildings resemble that of a 1930s New York skyscraper.



Jordan’s Waterfront Home
Creators: Jordan.
Era: The Old Era.
Info: Before there were skyscrapers and plains, there were forests and even mountains. Nestled right into the once overgrown areas of Ravenholm was a small handbuilt and mined beachfront home owned by Jordan. Now, with the Skyscrapers coming ever so close - its fate remains to be unseen.



The Ravenholm Ocean Bridge

Era: The New Era.
Info: Crossing over a large ocean of water is another, more modern, Ravenholm suspension bridge. Set with connecting two parts of the Ravenholm continent, this bridge even includes a railway.



The New District
Creators: Hathaway, Sharpkiller, & Jordan.
Era: The New Era.
Info: With experience and new resources comes the want and will to update and expand. In preparation for the potential height limit increase, Hathaway has already designed a prototype update to the entire city. Roads will be made much thicker and will be accompanied by actual sewers!




Ravenholm Beacon

Info: Before Ravenholm’s modern terraforming and transformation there were mountains. At the top of one particular mountain was a beacon from the Old Era. Preserved and now housed at the top of a monument, this beacon offers viewers a small glimpse into Ravenholm’s past.



The Rawrtony Hotel
Creators: Mikester92 & Hathaway.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Modeled after the famous Plaza Hotel in NYC, and still under construction, the Rawrtony Hotel is adorned with luxurious rooms, restaurants, spas, ballrooms, and libraries.



The LN Apartments

Info: Perhaps one of the most modern buildings in Ravenholm is that of the LN Apartments. Built in Ravenholm’s growing new district, the LN apartments include only handful of some of the most luxurious and spacious apartments in town.



The LN Art Gallery

Info: Quite easily the most eye-catching building in all of Utopia is that of the LN Art Gallery. Built alongside a complex water feature and multi-elevation garden, this gallery is sure to attract some of Utopia’s most unique art.



Water Treatment Plant

Era: The New Era.
Info: Ravenholm’s pioneering use of a underground sewer system is also accompanied with its own Water Treatment Plant. Built with a modern edge, and built with all the internal workings you'd expect to see in a water treatment facility, this plant also includes it’s own neighboring HQ building.




Nuclear Power Plant

Era: The New Era.
Info: Utopia’s only nuclear power plant can be found on the outskirts of Ravenholm. Much like the water treatment facility, the nuclear plant contains realistic internal workings.



The Ravenholm Dam

Info: Within the tall hills and valleys of Ravenholm lies the Ravenholm Dam. Inspired by the Hoover Dam, this dam carefully controls the two different water levels to generate power for the city. It is rumored that the infamous Little Aunt Nina perished in the Dam’s lake as the water was being filled around her home.

Meh, not enough mud houses. Yes you guys can make these giant megastructures which are worthy for the Documentry Channel, but can you make a small cosy mud house with a nice bed and a fire place?

The waterfront house is somwhere i would like to live . Im just a little jealous that I can only make mud houses, allthough mud is the most awsome building material.

Rawrtony
Primarily themed after the city of Paris and also inspired by the cities of London and New York, Rawrtony is perhaps the newest, and also largest city in Utopia. Throughout the streets of Rawrtony one can kind an array of palaces, churches, parks, landmarks and entertainment venues.

Tower Bridge

Info: Connecting Rawrtony to Utopia is that of Tower Bridge. Modeled after the Tower Bridge in London, this bridge is equipped with fully functional gatehouses, in case closure is required.



The Nouveau Entry Arc

Info: The primary entrance of Rawrtony starts at the road leading from the Tower Bridge. In order to mark this entry more distictively, an entry arc was created to welcome its visitors. This arc marks one of three arces scattered throughout Rawrtony.


The Rawrtony Public Library

Era: The New Era.
Info: The newest building to Rawrtony is that of its public library. Although petit in scale, this library offers a fine selection of books in an open and luxurious environment.




The Palace of Rawrsailles

Info: Leading from the road connected to the library is the massive Palace of Rawrsailles. Modeled after the Palace of Versailles and equal in square footage to region of Three Cactus, this palace is perhaps the largest building in Rawrtony. Adorned with dinning rooms, salons, galleries, music rooms, ballrooms and even a chapel among many other rooms, the Palace of Rawrsailles acts as the centre point of Rawrtony’s monarchy.





The Rawrtony Cathedral
Creators: Mikester92, Jordan and Sharpkiller.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Modeled after the Notre Dame is that of the Rawrtony Cathedral. Perhaps one of the grandest open buildings, along with the Rawrtony Opera House, this cathedral acts as Rawrtony centre of religion. Centered behind the Palace of Rawrsailles, this cathedral is even equipped with stakes for those religious heretics.




The Rawrtony Cemetery
Creators: Mikester92.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Adjacent to the cathedral is that of Rawrtony’s Cemetery. By tradition, whenever a player dies within Rawrtony, they are awarded with their own plot. Rawrtony’s past royals are also laid to rest here in their own mausoleums.



Rawrtony Park
Creators: Mikester92 & Jordan.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Loosely inspired by Hyde park in London and Central Park in New York, Rawrtony Park is the largest open park in Rawrtony. Open fields with picnic baskets, restaurants by the river, gazebos, and park paths can all be found in this quiet and relaxing part of town.



The Utopian Museum of History

Era: The New Era. [Houses various Old Era Artifacts]
Info: Around since August of 2010, the Utopia server initially started off as a survival server and thereafter a creative server. As such many old areas of the server have been rebuilt to the creative standard. Tasked with preserving our server’s history, this Museum houses various artifacts from around Utopia. Its design is inspired by the Louvre Museum in Paris.




Rawrtony Police HQ
Creators: Jordan and Ben Hurley.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Police Officer Hurley operates out of this station when patrolling our server for law violating criminals. Just a walk away from the Bastille prison, this police station caries some of the finest cops in town.



The JSD Monument
Creators: Mikester92.
Era: The New Era.
Info: In the middle of a town courtyard lies the JSD monument, who’s dedication remains private. The monument itself is loosely inspired by the Bastille monument in Paris.



Rawrtony Hospital
Creators: Mikester92.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Directly across from the police station is Rawrtony’s primary healthcare facility. Fully equipped with an ER, OR, MRI, Lab, and patient rooms, this hospital offers some of the finest healthcare in all of Utopia, free of charge.



Rawrtony Zoo
Creators: Mikester92, Jordan, and Sharpkiller.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Being a creative server, the majority of people voted to not only make the server peaceful but animal free as well. As a result, a zoo was created so that every animal in the game could have its own private plot of land. In addition to the open exhibits, two enclosed buildings house both an aquarium and monster exhibit. A plot remains open for the addition of cats.




The Norton Country Club & Golf Course
Creators: Jordan and Mikester92.
Era: The New Era.
Info: As a result of biome discoloration, a small part of Rawrtony features some of the greenest grass on the server. To make due, this entire area was created into a golf course with its own Country Club. Although still under construction, this golf course will make use of the bow and arrow for a fully functional game of golf.




The Bastille
Creators: Mikester92, Jordan, and Sharpkiller.
Era: The New Era.
Info: Secured on a separate island is the Bastille, Utopia’s most infamous prison. Modeled after the no longer present Bastille in Paris, which was stormed at the start of the French Revolution, Rawrtony’s Bastille is equipped with dozens of cells, rooms, barracks and even a fully functional medieval torture facility.




HMY Rawrtony

The Arc de Triomphe

Info: The Arc de Triomphe, much like it’s RL relative is at the heart of Rawrtony’s commercial district. Roads, leading to many differing parts of the city all stem from this centre point.



The Petit Champs-Elysees

Info: Modeled after one of Paris‘ most famous streets, the Champs-Elysees. This street directly stems off the Arc de Triomphe and houses a vast array of expensive stores, bars, offices and apartments.




The Eiffel Tower

Info: Easily the most iconic landmark in Paris, Rawrtony’s Eiffel tower too acts as the most distinguishable landmark in the city. Reaching the hight limit, the Eiffel Tower is by far the tallest structure in Rawrtony. Credits to Sarconix for his pixelated Eiffel Tower reference picture.



Rawrtony Central Station

Info: Connected to the main minecart line which runs through the server, Rawrtony’s Central Station is perhaps the most modern building in the city with its 1930s design.



Rawrtony Church

Info: The oldest building in Rawrtony, a part from the palace is Rawrtony Church. Originally a Cathedral, this church represented the original scale of Rawrtony before it was increased to match that of the palace and Opera House.



The International Stock Exchange

Info: Modeled after the New York Stock Exchange, Rawrtony’s International Stock Exchange is the centre of financial commerce in the city and features the biggest Rawrtony Flag on the server.




RMS Rawrtania

Info: Modeled after the RMS Queen Mary, the Rawrtania is an art deco inspired luxury liner which features an array of fully furnished restaurants, ballrooms, bars, pools, saunas, lounges, smoking rooms, and even a kennel for all your furry friends.





The Rawrtony Opera House

Info: Inspired by the Palais Garnier in Paris, this Opera House is easily the most ornate building in Rawrtony. Designed with a red interior and adorned with glowstone ceilings and a massive torch chandelier. The Rawrtony Opera House is frequented by many of Utopia’s leading bodies. The 8th Wonder of the World, a giant zombie, was also featured here before his escape and death at the top of the Eiffel Tower.





The Rawrtony Zeppelin

Info: Before commercial flight took off there were Zeppelins. Massive airships equipped with bedrooms, dinning rooms and lounges. The Rawrtony Zeppelin, inspired by the Hindenburg, operates out of the Rawrtony Airfield, just north of the city.




Rawrtony Airfield

Info: Unlike Utopia’s airport, the Rawrtony Airfield is the hub for all zeppelin and hot air balloon travels. Much like the train station, this airfield building features a modern art deco design.



Rawrtony Defense HQ

Info: Much of the northern continent is occupied by Rawrtony’s Military Operations. At the heart of these operations is the Rawrtony Defense building. Equipped with a TNT and nuclear proof command bunker. These buildings are tasked with overseeing Rawrtony’s military efforts abroad in radical areas like Three Cactus. The Admiralty Arc also acts as the entry area for this secure facility.




Rawrtony Nuclear Silos

Info: Behind the Defense HQ building are the Rawrtony Nuclear Silos. Packed with TNT, and enclosed in a protected compartment, these nuclear weapons are actually designed and tested to destroy large settlements in the case of a nuclear war.




The Rawrtony Military Academy

Era: The New Era.
Info: Members interested in serving in Rawrtony’s elite military must all go through a rigorous training course at the Academy. After their basic training at the Academy Grounds. All cadets are escorted to the unsettled northern continent were they must survive against spawned monster incursions as the make their way back to Rawrtony, setting up camp along the way over night. The Academy acts as our creative server’s survival challenge.




Rawrtony Air Force HQ

Era: The New Era.
Info: All of Rawrtony’s air power operates out of the Air Force HQ. Fitted out with an air tower, underground storage base, runway and helicopter port, all of Rawrtony’s Aircrafts are supplied by Troll Tec Inc. A company founded by Reggie.




Rawrtony Army HQ

Info: Much like the Air Force HQ, the army too has its own facility from which it operates out of. Army barracks and a underground supply of tanks are all housed within this army enclosure.




Rawrtony Naval Docks and Drydock

Info: Rawrtony’s naval power is centered around their home operating facilities along the coast. Two destroyers are always docked here on standby incase of a home invasion. Alongside active ships, the drydock, were warships, and now an aircraft carrier, undergo construction is also situated by coast. Credits to the Nexus Warrior for his drydock inspiration.




The Petit Rawrinon

Era: The New Era.
Info: The northernmost point of Rawrtony is occupied by the Petit Rawrinon, a small royal retreat inspired by the Petit Trianon near Versailles. Similar in design to the Palace of Rawrsailles, this small retreat is surrounded by much more expansive gardens, making it an ideal home away from the hustle and bustle of the city.




Wreck of the RMS Rawrtanic

Era: The New Era.
Info: On it's maiden voyage from Rawrtony to Ravenholm, the infamous and older sister ship of the RMS Rawrtania mysteriously sank far off the coast of Rawrtony. Some suspect an iceberg was involved, however many say they heard what sounded like an explosion. Unfortunately though, before the Rawrtania, lifeboats were limited and so most of it's passengers perished as a result.
