With recent events that have occurred within the Reserves, the Commanding Officer position has been vacant for some time, and with this, was a new flow of applicants for the said position.
It is with great pleasure that I announce, Central Plexus has been selected as the new Commanding Officer of the Reserves division. As such, he has also now been granted the rank of Captain.

I would like to say that I am deeply honored by this position, and I would like to thank the Command Council for choosing me. Secondly, I would like to virtually shake the hand of all other applicants, as I'm sure that they all were quite worthy of this position, and that I'm sure they can, and will be a productive member of the {UFP} from where they are now.
