    Division
    Starfleet Reserves
    Position
    Starfleet Reserves XO
    Reports To
    Reserves CO
    Role Purpose
    To assist in the running of the Reserves, and when necessary, fill in for the CO.
    Accountabilities
    -Doing tasks such as running in-game events, organizing meetings, and assisting the CO.
    -Able to run the division successfully when the CO is on LOA.
    Skills/Experience
    -Own one or more of the games supported by the Reserves, and play it/them frequently.
    -Previous experience assisting in the running of a division or small clan. (Not required, but recommended)
    -Enough time to be dedicated to this job
    -Organizational Skills
    -Common Sense
    Previous Members To Hold The Position
    None
