Division Starfleet Operations
Position Engineering XO
Reports To Starfleet Operations CO
Role Purpose To assist in development of the Engineering Fleet within Starfleet Operations
Accountabilities Ensuring that members have access to information specifically regarding the Engineering skill tree
Working with Tactical Fleet, Engineering Fleet and overall Starfleet Operations on sharing information and activity.
Helping all XOs and the CO with the overall goals of the division
Skills/Experience Previous MMO experience is always helpful
Active in the forums
High level of tact when dealing with others
General common sense of course is highly valued
Ability to work as and with a team
