Forums not highlighting new posts

Description of the Problem
A number of forums aren't showing the orange box to highlight new posts being made within them which can make it tricky to keep an eye out for new posts.

Are you able to specify which forms? As far as I can tell, they are working fine for me.

Starfleet Operations is showing as blue despite there being lots of new posts in there since I last went in there.

Starfleet Reserves was showing as blue prior to my latest post (it still is but obviously since I posted there there havent been new posts since then).

Starfleet Academy is showing as blue, I haven't been in there in days and I am aware there are new posts.

I think I'm also experiencing a similar if not same issue on the index page.
