I must say i have been part of many forums and groups and this group as to be one of the most well organized of all of them. Above and beyond you represent both yourself and your group very well. It gets quite old on other sites to see all the fighting and bickering. This is one of the reason i came here above all others i checked out.

As far as the umm fighting and bickering, we do have such. The Klingons have always had issues with our federation counter parts within the UFP. It's called PVP ! They just hate it when we kick there butts.

Other than that, none really. Were pretty much a well close knit community that have great people in charge to keep us all in check. With great leaders equals a great community.

Our members don't always get along perfectly all of the time but I think 99% of the time we don't have any issues. I honnestly can't remember the last time there was an issue between members that SFC had to step in with to make sure it got resolved correctly.

Every member has the ability to submit feedback and every member has the ability to put forward proposals so we do try and make sure everyone gets a voice so that they can have their say whenever they want to. I think when you give people those sorts of tools it really helps to avoid issues as nothing gets bottled up, people can just be honnest and talk openly.

At the end of the day everyone just wants to have fun and noone has the right to disrupt the fun of others especially since we are all here during our free time. I think most people here understand that so it certainly helps keep the amount of issues to a minimum.

Leadership and it's members working hand in hand, simply great. It must be working to keep things down to a minimum. Of course perfection is an illusion, but as they say around here......... Close enough is okay as well.

I very much agree with everything said thus far. Our community's love of Star Trek is a big plus.

Unlike my experiences in WoW Raiding guilds... which are usually full of drama or some other disruptive issue, my year in the UFP has been a great and enjoyable experience. Instead of members rage quitting over a lost drop or real/perceived insult, the members and community of the UFP have been overly supportive, helpful, and quite honorable.

The biggest plus is being able to discuss (and learn) things about Star Trek. And not just games... but the stories.

I tend to look at the fighting and bickering as a lively discussion between passionate members of the fleet. And this fleet deserves that passion. It's great to see our members debating fleet-specific issues with drive/determination, because it means they care a lot about what happens. Other fleets and guilds I've been in, apathy has killed them all.

just point that most people seem to not see when joining a fleet this big is the fact we all share love for gaming and been part of group like this one also acts as if was a 2nd family

I would also like to say how great it has been to join a fleet that is helpful, respectful and fun. I chose this fleet because when i startedplaying and doing stf and other things of that level and nature the only friendly advise or help was from members of the UFP. When everyone else was mean and discourging because i was a nube and had not s clue of what to do, the UFP help teach me and offerd a hand of friendship. I pnly hope i will be able to give back aswell as yall have given to me. Thank you all so very much:mrgreen:

It almost has that feel of sitting on a couch with friends. Although that dang monitor has the tell-tale that it is not that. Please mind you that i am not trying to suck up to any one here, i am simply stating as i see it. Furthermore most all of ya'll ( you all ) seem to have your heads firmly planted on your shoulders. This is a huge plus for me and i thank the UFP for it.

Coming from the NR2003 world where members create content for a game going on 10 years old, it's really different here. Over the course of several months now two groups have been going at each other because they created a similar mod add-on for said game. It gets old after a while, fighting on the internet is just plain dumb. And here you've took slightly further by giving a spot to other fleets.

I just hope as time goes on that i may be a of value to ya'll and find a nice little spot here and that i can get to know ya'll as best as i can.
