If you're not already aware, the fleet is hosting the second TeamSpeak official Fleet Meeting next Friday during next week's UFPAC Weekend events. After the huge success of the one held late last year in December, we thought of continuing on with holding the Fleet Meetings every three months, the Friday before the UFPAC. This announcement simply serves as a reminder for next week.
I've outlined below the general format for the meeting, and if you miss it, minutes will be available for reading shortly after with voice recording also available:

You will have noticed in the meeting plan it has a section for a specific member issue, this is basically the opportunity to submit an issue/piece of feedback/suggestion/complaint that will get an alotted slot and guaranteed to get an answer from someone during the meeting. If you want to raise something, send me a Private Message and I'll see about adding it to the Meeting Agenda.
I'd appreciate feedback on this, particularly since members have always expressed an interest in wanting to know a bit more as to what goes on behind the scenes. This meeting offers the perfect opportunity to get a 'newsletter approach' as to the latest fleet goings on.

Just a question i was asked can you send feedback anonymously for the members issues ?
I can understand where some members may not wish to speak out in certain areas to other members , if this was the case Lynx how would someone go about it .

These meetings are open to all members of the fleet, so minutes will be made available.
Truly wonderful, as I'd like to attend (well, at least know what is said) but will still be at work.
At least I'm hour closer to being able to make these...
