Firstly I would check with your bank to make sure the transaction did go through. If they can confirm that you were billed then I would contact Cryptic.

I've had the same thing happen to me as well. Bought some cryptic points then it only charged me a dollar in my account and has yet to give me my points. I sent in a ticket but pretty mad about this process so far.

Guys for both of you make sure if you are using perfect world which means Zen that you transfer it after purchase which is 80 CP for every 100 Zen im guessing you did from the amount you said you bought hope this helps

deVere, because they were receiving money, and the threat of the loss of said money usually makes any company take fast action.

Xord - glad you got it resolved, and hope the (fairly) quick resolution has given you a better opinion.

Can you not claim that money back?

Atari have been charging me £60 a month, I canceled my subscription a while ago (and they have sold Cryptic). Iv given my bank photo evidence and infomation on Perfect World buying Cryptic. So they are going to give me compensation.

If your bank is showing the transaction as having been completed i.e. you were billed by Cryptic or Perfect World then your next step will be to contact Cryptic (or Perfect World if you have a PW account) with the details of the transaction (date, time, amount paid, last 4 digits of card number) they should then be able to check there end as to what happened and resolve it for you.

Worst case scenario would be if after checking they say the transaction did go through and you were credited with the Cryptic points, in that case I would ask them to provide some evidence of this as well as the exact date and time your account was credited and to ask them what those points were purchased on, whatever system they use will be able to track your purchase history.
