    You have to be a full member to withdraw from the data samples tab in the fleet bank but I cannot withdraw despite being a full member.
    Is there something I have missed or has something changed?

    Since we can only set withdrawal limits based on stacks, we've disabled withdrawal permissions on the data samples tab so people can't take 250 data samples all at once.

    If you need data samples, contact Burtonshaw either in-game or on our forums with your request.
