Once, the two territories, BORG SPACE and KULAR ISLAND, shared an island were separated by a wall, but as other territories in Utopia have allies, these two isolated territories decided that being separated was not beneficial to either party.

Upon signing, the wall came down and a new border was built.

Thaeus is new to the world and has not yet got a recognised territory, BORG SPACE will be the first land to officially recognise PRANDIUM as a sovereign territory and as such, this treaty has been signed.

We look forward to future contact with this budding territory.
