Hello folks,
I applied to the fleet fairly recently, and was active playing through the episodes I hadn't played before, and the featured series. Now I am not sure what I should be doing, I'm not that interested in small scale PvE (prefer solo or large scale) or PvP (large scale). Where there is less pressure to know what you are doing.
I'm finding it pretty hard to log into the game at the moment for lack of things to do, do you folks have any suggestions?
I heard something about a large scale borg planet invasion, any more information about that or similar activities?

STF's (Special Task Force missions) is what most people do once they hit max level which is 5 man PvE raids to get better gear. PvP is also another option, other than that it's mostly just fluff. Either you can go the exchange route (Buy and selling stuff) or the crafting route. Aswell as doing dailies to get dilithium. Other than that you can always make more characters to try different classes or races.

Don't forget you can always start new characters, have you tried out all the classes? Have you tried out the Klingon faction?
As for the higher pressure activities in game there really isn't anything that is difficult to get the hang of so I am sure with a little practice and if needed a bit of advice here or there you can boost your confidence so that you really enjoy those game modes, a lot of the people playing are really quite terrible and you have to wonder what planet they are on, even just trying but not having a clue what you are doing would put you in the top 10 percent so I wouldn't worry about other people putting pressure on you.

One of the best ways to improve and learn is to play with others. Of course, fleet groups are always better and much more enjoyable. However, I do pug quite a bit and do learn some new tricks now and then.
Like most MMOs, the path to max level/cap is one aspect of the game. Once you get there, you either start on refining your character (via gear and practice) or you start a new character (alts) to experience the game from a different aspect.
