    Tremendous resource and ever-improving. Posted tons of tipps and suggestions in the guestbook myself. Also verified most locations of real stars with Celestia... so far so good Wink

    The distance-calculator mentioned in the news (http://www.aerth.org/Constellation/star_trek.asp) is nonsense, however. It just takes into account the 2D-distances based on the projected map, i.e. every star is simply projected onto the galactic plane, thereby resulting in way too short distanced in most cases.
