Greeting.

With the ever changing face of the mobile/cell phone software out there. What software does your mobile/cell phone run on. It could be the little green android, The shiny Iphone ISO software or a windows phone!

1. Android (Runs on most HTC and Samsung phone's)

2. ISO (Runs on Iphones)

3. Symbian (Runs on most "old" Nokia phones)

4. Rim/BlackBerry OS (Runs on Blackberry phones)

5. Windows Phone 7 (runs on new nokia phones and some HTC/Samsung phones)

6. Other

Android now, but my favorite thus far in recent years was Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) on my last phone. Loved it, and looking forward to seeing what Windows 8 brings phones.

If I could just have one that replicated my calendar from work, I could actually go without email/internet/games. They need to make an old clamshell or whatever with just Microsoft Exchange calendaring. I know that's stupid, but it would do for me.

In other news, Android appears to be winning. I don't want to call my phone Ice Cream Sandwich or Gingerbread or something! Jeez.

I don't have a phone also!!!

My reason for not owning a mobile phone is pretty dogmatic though. I hate people so therefore hate the idea of people being able to contact me. I have been told that you only give the people you like your number, but even so it sounds like a dangerous idea to me.

I have an Xperia Arc S running Android, and I love the way it runs, sooooo glad I didn't go for and iPhone
To be fair, iOS is so much prettier than Android though :icon_twisted:

Yeah, the thing I like about WP7 and iOS (to a degree), and when I had a WebOS device, is the NON-customization. You have icons (or tiles with WP) and that's it. So simple. And with WP those tiles became interactive, which is nice. I like the simplicity, even though I am a total nerd and gadget freak.

But I do like being on Android, and once I got done playing with it too much, I have settled on some views/screens. WP has a lot of apps, but Android (and iOS) have more obviously. That's the best part. Well, that and the size.

Windows Phone 7.

I hate it. I only got this phone for the Xbox Live integration. I miss my old Android which was far better than WP7 and iOS
