    That's a good spot, but can I recommend that in instances such as this are raised by sending a PM to the relevant organiser of the UFPAC etc? The form for this is primarily designed for technical issues such as being unable to access certain parts of the site etc.

    I'd steer away from encouraging the use of this to be used as a reminder for something that someone may well have been forgotten.
