    I think I have a few missing STO files. Since some textured areas are black.

    Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this issue, which does not require installing the game again?

    Try force fix , or could be a graphic driver issue with dx11 in STO

    Sorry if this is a silly question; How do I force fix?
    My version of fixing things is by shouting at the broken item/application very loudly Klingon Grin. Sadly it hasn't worked both on Star Trek Online and my cats paw... Suspicious

    Good news, went onto options clicked the option with the word 'Forced' and then clicked run in safe mode. It seems its now working.
