Yes the ATI HD4350 is not good suited for any halfway modern game. That card is designed for watching high quality video, not for 3d games.

I would recommend a dedicated graphic card. Integrated solutions never are good for gaming.

Not exactly cheap, but this card offers sufficient power to enjoy new games for quite some time. You can probably use this card for good 2 years until future games will force you to go down to less than stellar quality options. The card is slightly overclocked and more important features a special cooling system that creates very low noise.

This is basically the same card, however with only half the memory, not overclocked(does not matter as the above is only minorly enhanced) and a standard cooling system that is considerable louder you have some drawbacks. On the other hand graphic card memory is still sufficient if you dont play on very high resolutions. This card is considerable cheaper and is probably the best power you can get for that ammount of money.

Note that you will require a 550 Watt High Quality PSU to operate that card. Less may do too, but no gurantees.

Like with any modern graphic card, having a GOOD quality PSU is very important. You dont need one of those crazy 1000 Watt things though, 550 - 650 is more than sufficient.

Do you already have a desktop PC?

If you do then I would just buy a new tower and keep your screen, mouse and keyboard. This way you will have a little bit more money to spend on your computer.

Do you know anyone with the skills to build a PC?

If so then I would look at purchasing the components to make a decent PC. You will be able to get a higher spec machine considerably cheaper this way.
