As you may have already become aware, Starfleet Diplomatic Corps has recently created a Public Relations Sub-Department, or PR in short. This Department has proven its responsibility when it comes down to doing the job. The PR Teams current mission is to renew contact with clans and get better relations with different clans. Today, after 3 weeks of its creation, this sub Department has contacted every clan the {UFP} has been in contact with and has ultimately proven its importance within fleet.
Under the command of Lieutenant Junior Grade Alexei with 3 other members, with the help of the Envoys, the PR Department has managed to effectively set up 3 tournaments, which 3 others have agreed on for the Falcons Division and the Reserves.
The Commanding Officer of the Diplomatic Corps, Rear Admiral Bondgadget76 said in a statement:
"We have been inquiring about Inter-Fleet matchs and we are happy to say that we have received three offers from clans who are willing to organise tournaments. We shall be getting underway to organise these and are optimistic that the tournaments will help us, increase our status and better our relationships with other clans."
Later on, Bondgadget76 mentioned he was "happy that the PR department has become an obliveant success and hope to see more great things in the future."

Hi this is Capt.Winter of the 9th fleet BC divison...just thought id post a thx to our relations and say that im willing to fly with you in games as much as i can .
Most of 9th bc is in the Km upgrade and are hard at work doing the testing to get it out without major problems..
A number of us still hold a pur copy of km1.0 for matches we will need to pick
a time to get together in a locked room due to the nature of all the hacks used these days online.
Im sure future games will not need that security for playing .
anyhow...Greetings.
I can be reached through 9th fleet or through your man on msn..he has mine as well.
