hi everybody
I begun playing STO again.
But I need some items to my new ship, so I hope I can get some help.
First I need all to be at my level - LC (12).
2x Engineering consoles -> What is best to use here ??
2x Science consoles -> What is best to use here ??
1x Tactical consoles -> What is best to use here ??
Fore weapon: What is best to use here ??
Aft weapons: What is best to use here ??
Devices: I guess I have to get them my self??? or What is best to use here ??
Those is the only stuff I need to my new ship.
I hope it's okay to ask for them, or can I buy it from a vendor ???
Very rare or rare items I guess is best to have, if possible.

Hello Nebula,
Welcome back, I am guessing you are flying a Science vessel refit. When I leveled I used two Diburnium Hull Plating Engineer consoles for disruptor energy resistance, two emitter array science consoles to boost your shield powers, and a phaser relay tactical console to boost your phaser beam powers. Rare MK III or uncommon MK IV quality would suffice until you upgrade at Commander level. Weapons would be one beam and photon torpedo fore, and two beams aft (wait until you do the "everything old is new mission for the retrofit fore phaser and replay it again for the aft phaser for they scale with you as you level). Devices would be shield, weapons and auxilary batteries which drop all the time during missions. In your Skill tree, start with structural integrity, shield systems, and energy weapons (6 max).

Also, doing the story missions and feature episodes will certainly net you appropriate level gear quickly.
You can actually operate with missing consoles and lower ranked weapons until upper commander and Captain levels. Or just use the cheap common white/green gear you can find on the exchange. White and Green items are often sold well below market value on the exchange.
But I highly recommend the feature episodes (all of them) as they are great for leveling and really nice gear/items.
