An few errors has been found with your signature request.

Character Image - The resolution on your image is a bit low. Prior to taking a screenshot, you might want to temporarily adjust your video settings to maximum (x8 or so). Take the screenshot, and then you can reduce your graphic settings to 'playable' settings. Also, please remember that you should be facing slightly to the character’s left (to show rank pips, if any).

Ship Image - The image provided is too small (in size and resolution). Because our signatures are reasonably wide allowing quite a space for ship images, we require a reasonably high resolution image that is widescreen. Please ensure that the provided image will fit into the ship image area, several members in the past have forgotten that once reduced in size the ship is often on the edge of the signature and is less desirable. If you would like assistance with finding or producing a ship image, please do not hesitate to ask.

Please correct these issues so that we can complete your signature or just let us know if you need any assistance with finding a ship image for you, taking screenshots in-game of the ship or many other options that we can do to assist you.

Would you like some assistance with the images? We could easily provide the images by "cloning" your character look (we are very handy with the Character Creator) and could provide some screenshots of a Prometheus in spaceflight and backdrop.

Sorry Silynn, i did mean to get back in touch with you regards this. I did recently turn down all my settings on STO due to an old graphics card over heating, i had the setting to "turn up" the toon creator settings when i took the images but it seems like that didnt do the trick (perhaps i needed to reload the client when setting it).

As for the ship i'am none too fussy about it, i do fly a Fleet MVAM but i also have a Tuffli freighter and any image of eaither would be just fine with me.

If it makes things easier i would be happy to meet up ingame to take some help on the character picture but otherwise ill give it another try myself.

As for the Char image, were you going to upload a new image? Or would you like us to create one for you?

That would be fantastic, ill go ahead and have another try at the picture just as soon as i can get ingame again later today, will have something uploaded tonight, if that fails to be sufficient then you have my blessing to re-create me as best as you can
