    In a way this is kind of a first announcement as it has yet to hit the Trek news waves however it seems iTunes Movie Trailers has released the official teaser on their site now but have yet to advertise it. You can view the official teaser here -

    I'm kind of excited for it. It isn't exactly what you'd consider 'typical' Star Trek, but then again neither was the first movie and that was quite entertaining. Then again... Good =/= Entertaining

    Just watched that trailer and... You gotta be friggin kidding me. They change everything about trek but still do the hands on the glass scene. I hope to god they don't choose that as the one thing to keep from the original movies.
