Greetings Fleet,
It is the unfortunate news that I bring tonight that, Rear Admiral Ngille has resigned from his position within the fleet as Starfleet Operations Commanding Officer due to personal reasons.
Vice Fleet Admiral Thomas Mullaly has since taken over the position on an acting basis while a new, permanent Commanding Officer can be found. This message is to inform all members that he is henceforth being afforded the authority and the responsibility of CO as well as Vice Fleet Admiral.
Congratulations to VFA Thomas Mullaly on his new acting position within the fleet!
