    Engineering XO
    Reports To
    Starfleet Operations CO (VFA Mullaly)
    Role Purpose
    To organize and develop engineering events
    Accountabilities
    * Keep a current list of STO Engineering Members
    * Help ensure that all in-game fleet members are registered on the forums as members
    * Help organize engineering division/Starfleet Operations activities in game
    * Hire, evaluate and supervise members in their division that would perform different tasks as set out by the SFO CO
    * Assist the SFO CO in running the division.

    * Microphone for TeamSpeak3 Meetings
