I would be interested to hear from Emperor Mikester92 - head of the Commonwealth on this new coalition. A rival or an ally in these turbulent Utopian times?

Would it be seen as 'multi-clanning' if members of the Commonwealth were to join UCN as well?

The creation of the Coalition has nothing to do with “rivalling” the Commonwealth. We are merely a group of nations who have a common view on certain issues. We wish to make our voice louder in the affairs of Utopia by speaking together. Each nation state of the United Coalition of Nations is able to veto any bill which they feel do not provide the best service for their nation. We are founded on the basic democratic principles which are innate to all Turkonains, Libranians, Satsumarans and Kulurians(?). Thus we as a collective have elected via a public ballot Adster as our President and Dodgers as our Vice President. We in the future hope to found a Constitution signed by approval of the Member States, reform of this Constitution will be done via Treaties. This is an aim to make the UCN as democratic as possible. Lastly as Minister of Culture I would like to bring the Coalition of Nation states closer to the Commonwealth with cultural events, such as Satsumaran Opera for example.

That may be the case, with some people, however we are more civilised and merely are banding together for better security as we are slightly fearful of the threat that the Rylons may pose in the future.

By literal definition a coalition is an alliance of distinct states for joint action. The Imperial State of Rawrtony therefore recognizes this coalition as an alliance of distinct states for joint action against scientific progress. Artificial Intelligence is an unprecedented field of research in Utopia; Rawrtony must therefore ask for past examples of Rawrtonian AI violently rising up against Utopians. I'm afraid you will find history bare of such occurrences. Supposition seems to be acting as a catalyst for policy and that is indeed most concerning. I ask that any free thinking, independent individual take this into account when deciding whether to be on the side of scientific advancement or hysterical extremism.

While on the subject I am pleased to make an announcement! Rylons have reached their final phase of testing. Combined with Prandium's field reports Rawrtony now feels comfortable enough to deploy the use of Rylons for our own field testing in government facilities; including Imperial Palace itself. Under the purview of the Imperial Guard this first batch of Rylons will assist with Palace, Embassy, Senate, and Military security. Batch number two will assist with labour. Any commonwealth or allied nation wishing to purchase their own batch of Rylons should contact the Imperial Government immediately. Commonwealth orders will receive priority.

I am not saying that there is a history with the development of AI - however, there is the possibility for a threat in the future, that is it, a possibility - and we are certainly not against scientific process, we are merely being cautious about this recent development. We do not intend on doing anything against those who choose to use Rylons within their nations, we are only wanting to be cautious about, and I quote from my previous statement: "threat that the Rylons may pose in the future".

To my Right and Honourable Friend Emperor Mikester of Imperial Rawtony and the Commonwealth: why do you show us so much disrespect by denouncing us as “Hysterical Extremists”?

We have the right as free thinking individuals to state that we do not agree with the research and development of Rylons, we as individuals have decided to unite in opposition to this research. As a great man once said “evil prevails when good men do nothing”. This Evil is not man; they are machines who do not feel pain, anger, remorse or sadness. They under the wrong hands, the wrong command will be a wave of death and destruction.

We all want to help each other, we Utopians are like that, We want to live by each others' happiness, not by each other's misery. We don't want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way.

Greed has poisoned our Utopian soul. Machinery, the Rylons have goose stepped us into a world of Misery and Pain. More than Machinery we need Morality, more than Greed we need Charity.

My friends do not get bullied by Machine Men with Machine Souls using technology not for Charity but for Greed, for Power, for Control!
