    With the growing numbers in our fleet, Telex Ferra and the rest of the Harriers division have helped put together a video and a short guide that will hopefully persuade a few Star Trek Online officers to discover the other games in the {UFP}, specifically the RPG-X mod.

    INTRODUCTION

    If you have been linked here from our Youtube advertisement, let me be the first to say: welcome to {UFP}! {UFP} is a warm and welcoming gaming clan specialized in Star Trek Games. If you're reading this, then you must be interested in RPG-X and {UFP}'s Harriers division.

    What is RPG-X?

    RPG-X is an online multiplayer roleplaying modification for the game Elite Force. RPG-X has been around for many years, and always welcomes new roleplayers onto its many servers. In RPG-X, you'll be able to explore numerous Starships, Starbases, and Planets; you will also be able to play as a member of many species including Human, Sona, Klingon, Chyken, Romulan, Vulcan, Borg, Hologram, Hirogen, Malon, and many more.

    RPG-X is absolutely free once you install it on your computer. Content is released constantly for RPG-X by the RPG-X community. This content includes new skins, maps, music, and even updates to the mod; all also totally free.

    How do I get RPG-X?

    In order to play RPG-X, you will need to own a copy of the game Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force. Luckily, the game is abundant and cheap. The game can be purchased for under $15 from Amazon.com or Ebay.com Links below.

    How do I join {UFP}'s Server?

    Well, in order to join {UFP}'s RPG-X Division, Harriers, you first need to be a member of {UFP}. Membership in {UFP} is totally free, and allows you access to the entire {UFP} community including divisions for Bridge Commander, Armada, and Star Trek Online.

    First, you'll need to register:
    Register for {UFP} Forums

    Secondly, you'll need to apply to join {UFP}
    Join the {UFP} Fleet

    Once you've been accepted to {UFP}, you'll want to visit the Harriers division and apply to join.

    Congratulations!

    You are now a member of {UFP}'s Harriers Division, please click the following link for RPG-X Install Instructions!

    Install RPG-X

    Bump. I know several of you have commented in various topics about the forums about having a "dusty copy of EF1" lying around. If that applys to you and you're interested in Star Trek role playing, I strongly encourage you to look into the RPG-X mod and to consider joining the SFH division!
