    I wonder you guys know what happen to cryptic server or what it called.
    Some of my character I can't get to now.
    I also buy so I can play for life with out subscription.
    Is what I though what for life means.

    Now I need some info how I can get back my character.
    I have world perfect account and the cryptic account.
    Now I only have world perfect launch and not cryptic launch.


    I hope you understand what I try to tell you what am looking for.

    My apologies, but i am not quite sure what your asking. The launcher has a few issues at the moment that cryptic are working on.

    before I can choose: (STO) Playing Star Trek Online with a Perfect World account or (STO) Playing Star Trek Online with a Cryptic account in one launcher. Launcher is where I can start STO to play.

    And now I can only use world perfect, and not cryptic.
    If I can't accesses to cryptic anymore I lost some character.

    So how can I get those character bak, if I can't access cryptic account anymore?

    I try the link and when I sad no, I got only choice to create PW account.
    so, that far and no longer than that.


    I guess I have to contact cryptic itself if they still exist Big Grin
    Are we all using PW server only now??

    Before I had PW and Cryptic launch in one button/or what it called.

    Now I can only login to PW to play the STO game.

    There never was such a thing as a "PW server".

    Cryptic used to be owned by now-defunct Atari, which sold them to Perfect World.

    Perfect World first allowed people to log into Cryptic games with their Perfect World login information, then integrated the Cryptic Account System into theirs and (quite recently) forced everyone to do the merge.

    If logging in with your old login information does not work, contact Support at https://support.perfectworld.com/.

    Yes I did contact the support both pw and cryptic, so for now am waiting for them to respond to my email.
