    I have a alternate character named Shaan, who is with the Reserves. He is still listed as a cadet and cannot procure fleet items and ships from the fleet stores. Both of my other character's. Toloth (Main) and Tormaas (Reserves) are full members and can (thank you very much) purchase from the fleet stores. What is the policy regarding being promoted to full member and when can I expect Shaan to attain that status?

    Hi Toloth,

    The policy is any new member that joins the fleet is put onto a 2 week cooldown (Cadet) before they are able to purchase from the fleet store.

    I will look into your toon and sort it for you, just out of curiosity, did you just add this toon recently as I made all the changes personally.

    No problem, I thought that might be the case, just forgot how long it was. Yes, Shaan is new to the fleet, less than a week.
