    Three Errors Have Been Detected In Your Signature:

    Seems I'm having some trouble, I push the "Prt Scr" button and then proceed to Paint to paste and save the pic and so on. The problem is that when I paste the picture its all black and not the actual screen form the game. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks

    If you go to your Star Trek Online Directory and go to the screenshots folder, you'll see all the images you've taken without the UI as well.

    If you just send in one of those, that should be fine.

    Or run the game in window mode. I had the same problem and that seemed to have fixed that.

    Please also keep in mind that the character shot has to be taken from the character creator or modified screen. Generally the character looks cleaner and sharper, and the lighting is predictable.
